- Your artwork is shipped with care by an award-winning, UK-based printing company.
- To ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition, all art prints are shipped inside a protective bag & secured between two pieces of thick card inside a sturdy cardboard envelope marked: 'FRAGILE' or 'DO NOT BEND'. Larger prints are rolled inside protective paper and an additional layer of card before being shipped inside a sturdy cardboard tube.
- In the extremely rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please contact me within 24hrs with details & photographs of the damage/quality issue & I will arrange for a replacement art print to be sent to you.
Print Sizes
- Art prints are available in three separate sizes to suit your space. Please refer to the print size guide chart & photo in the product listing.
- Prints arrive without a mount & are unframed, allowing you the freedom to choose a frame to suit your own individual style!
Delivery Information
- All prints are individually made to order.
- UK Delivery is FREE for all orders.
- When your order is out for delivery you will receive a tracking number via email. This will be sent from 'Shippy Pro' (my printer's shipment program). It will be branded 'Art Prints' & will provide you with the tracking number for the shipment.
- Prints are usually despatched within 2-5 days for the UK. These times are approximate. Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to be delivered. If you require your order by a certain date, please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
- Your print will be shipped to you inside a strong, brown cardboard envelope - marked 'FRAGILE' or 'DO NOT BEND'. Large prints will be shipped inside a strong cardboard tube. (Please note, all shipments will be too big to fit through a standard letterbox and should not be left outside where there is a risk of water damage.)
- To open your print, please remove the tear-off slip on the envelope. You'll find your beautiful fine art print secured inside a protective bag between two thick pieces of card. Larger prints will be rolled in protective paper and an additional layer of card, before being placed inside a strong cardboard shipping tube.

- Your beautiful, high-quality, fine art print is made with great love and care by my award-winning, UK-based printing company.
- These are bespoke art prints made to your individual chosen size and are therefore not returnable.
- In the unlikely event your art print arrives damaged however, please take photographs of the damage, including the packaging and contact me at: lucy@tinybitmagical.co.uk, so I can investigate the issue and arrange a replacement art print to be sent to you.
