Refund policy

I want you to be delighted with your new artwork, so please do get in touch with me at: lucy@tinybitmagical.co.uk if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item before purchasing. 

 

Return of Fine Art Prints on Paper

Please note that I do not offer a return, exchange or refund on fine art prints. All of my fine art prints on paper are bespoke and are created with love and care to your individual specification. They are not items that I carry in stock.

However, in the unlikely event that your fine art print arrives damaged, please contact me within 24hrs at: lucy@tinybitmagical.co.uk and I will arrange for a replacement print to be sent to you immediately. Please provide me with photographs of the damaged print and its packaging so that I can investigate this with my fine art printing company.

Please do not send your purchase back to the printing company named on your shipping label as I cannot guarantee that your purchase will be received and this may result in the loss of your purchase.

 

Return of Original Artwork

I offer a 30-day return policy on all original paintings, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contact me at: lucy@tinybitmagical.co.uk If your return is accepted, I will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions as to how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing the artwork securely and arranging for its safe return. You are also responsible for the cost of the artwork's safe return and therefore the cost of the pre-paid return postage will be deducted from your refund. Once the piece has been safely returned, I will refund your payment within 14 days. 

Please note that I do not offer returns on sale/discounted items.

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately at lucy@tinybitmagical.co.uk. if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

I offer exchanges on original artworks only.

The fastest way to ensure an exchange is to return the original artwork you no longer want. Once the return is accepted and the item is returned safely, please make a separate purchase for the new original artwork.


Refunds

I will notify you once I've received and inspected the return of the original painting and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since I've approved your return, please contact me at lucy@tinybitmagical.co.uk.
